IQ's of Bush vs Kerry voters - a smart analysis

This table includes both weighting by population and by reasonable estimates of voting racial group IQ's. It seems to be a more accurate picture than analysis by state. Below, ethnic differences calculate to 3.5 higher IQ points for the average Bush voter.

Because 4 of the 5 ethnic voting percents in this utilized CNN webpage do not add up to 100, the Computed votes in the chart are somewhat less than the Actual votes for each candidate. This does not affect the Avg. IQ results, since the computed votes used are later divided out in the calculation.

IQ Scores Kerry v Bush - - who is REALLY smarter?

To:

I took a different cut at determining "who is smarter" using data from your site. But I used race as the defining factor. I ran two models:

First I used data from your site to derive IQ from SAT scores.

I also used direct Race v IQ info on your site coming from Rushton (http://www.sq.4mg.com/IQ-Jews.htm)

Racism is evil and I'd hate for this to be used in any way other than as an academic exercise - but it is likely more accurate than the State IQ analysis because that approach grossly lumps red voters with blue voters and vise versa thus confusing the results.

I have a hypothesis that Kerry supporters tend to be a 'barbell' in terms of educational distribution (they clump to educational tails as 'ultra-educated' and the 'under-educated').....My only assertion on approaches was that mine was likely more accurate than the state analysis at determining "who is smarter" because the data are cleaner. Faults acknowledged, mine is more M.E.C.E. (mutually exclusive yet completely exhaustive) than the state analysis approach because mine separates voters into pure Bush vs Kerry buckets while the state analysis lumps Bush and Kerry voters together for averaging within each state.
